According to journalist Philip Harmeling, Thorgan Hazard is Chelsea’s top priority for the Janaury transfer window.
The Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder is a fan favourite amongst some Blues fans, and Conte is said to be well aware of the youngsters talent.
The 23-year-old is the younger brother of Chelsea Football Club star Eden Hazard, and was previously on Blue’s books Between 2012 to 2015.
Following two separate loan spells away from the West London side, Thorgan finally left the club on a permanent basis, joining Monchengladbach last year.
Thorgan hadn’t make a single appearance during his spell at Chelsea, however, the club still implemented a buy-back clause when he transferred to Germany.
Hazard has 4 goals and 2 assists in his 10 appearances so far this season.
