Arsenal midfielder reveals talks with Chelsea shot-stopper
Tomas Rosicky has spoken to Petr Cech about a possible transfer from Chelsea to Arsenal over the Summer, but has refused to get involved in the negotiations.
The two play together for Czech Republic, and when asked about the goalkeeper’s future, Rosicky admitted that he has discussed things with his countryman.
Cech Set for Move
Cech is ready to leave Chelsea, ending his 11-year stay at Stamford Bridge, and it’s widely reported that he will make the shock move from West London to North London after refusing to relocate his family.
Paris Saint-Germain were interested in the shot-stopper, but withdrew their interest after feeling a deal with Arsenal was already in place.
However, Jose Mourinho is trying his best to prevent the deal from happening, despite Roman Abramovich telling Cech he can choose where his future lies after showing incredible services to the club.
When asked about his team-mate’s future, Rosicky admitted that the two have discussed things.

“I would be lying if I said I didn’t speak about it with Petr because it’s no secret he wants to change clubs,” Rosicky told Goal.Â
When asked about trying to persuade Cech to join Arsenal however, Rosicky refused to get involved.
He added: “Sorry, I won’t interfere in that or get into any details.”
