7) Beijing National Stadium – $463 Million (China)
One of the most amazing looking national stadiums worldwide, the Beijing National stadium also known as the birds nest because of its remarkable design. The stadium has a capacity 80,000 seats and was initial built for the 2008 Summer Olympics but is now used for football games. The Birds nest hosted various athletic events including the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2008 Summer Olympics and Summer Paralympics, 2009 super coppa Italiana final in 2011.
