9. Carlo Cudicini – Italy
Despite the fact that Carlo played for one of the finest teams in football history “Chelsea” and was even voted player of the year of Chelsea F.C, it then becomes surprising to know that Carlo has never been capped for the Italian national team. While at the club, his career was nearly outstanding but was cut short when the Italian’s injury problems arose again. This made it difficult to prove his worth and made way for the newly signed Petr Cech to make it in the first team of Chelsea which of course lowered his chances of being capped by a large margin.
