The Italian Massimo Cellino is the owner of English club Leeds United he has shown that he is the boss by firing a number of managers at Leeds in such a short term.
Not only was he upsetting the managers, he also managed to upset the Leeds fans when he bought the club and his first order of business was to sack the loved and popular manager Brian McDermott. After the anger shown by the fans after this decision he went to plead back to Brian but the fans were still not happy for the decision he made in the first place and also were not happy of where the club was going under the Italian.
