Manchester City had to win to win the Premier League title for their first-time ever. They somehow found themselves 2-1 down at home to lowly Queens Park Rangers.
The game entered stoppage time and with Manchester United beating Sunderland, it looked like City had thrown away their chance.
However, Edin Dzeko made them dream again by equalising in stoppage time, before Sergio Aguero created history and finished off the most epic title-decider ever.
