1. Julian Draxler (PSG)
Another German international who could be on his way to the Emirates is Julian Draxler. The 24 year-old is not a regular with Paris Saint-Germain, and the French club may be open to selling to improve their standing within the Financial Fair Play regulations. PSG paid £34million for Draxler in 2016, and reports state that he could be available for a similar price – a snip in the current market. A classy playmaker who can score, create and assist, he would be the dream acquistion this winter for Arsenal fans.
