Tottenham ace feeling ‘unsettled’ at club

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Paulinho has admitted that he is feeling unsettled at White Hart Lane due to the tactics being deployed by new manager Tim Sherwood.

The Brazilian was signed back in the Summer by Andre Villas-Boas and started his Spurs campaign very brightly, with many people saying he was the only successful signing made by Daniel Levy during their busy pre-season.

However, since AVB’s sacking and Sherwood’s introduction as head-coach, Paulinho has been rotated around frequently, and due to this, he has been left feeling very unsettled at the club and isn’t happy missing matches.

‘I always want to play,’ said the £17million midfielder.

‘I understand the team rotation because that’s how it works here, but I am not feeling well or comfortable. I want to be present, I want to play.

‘The language is the most complicated thing as I am lazy about studying. I am learning little by little, but I don’t understand everything.

‘The football language is easier, that’s not a problem on the pitch.’
