Spurs chasing another midfielder
Tottenham have made their first bid of transfer deadline day, as they make a move for Newcastle’s Moussa Sissoko.
Reports all over the transfer world are suggesting that the bid is worth around £16million, but it’s thought that Newcastle are wanting a figure closer to £30million.
Spurs have already brought in Victor Wanayama this season from Southampton for £11m, but sold Ryan Mason to Hull yesterday for £13million, and also loaned out Nacer Chadli to West Brom last week.
Real Madrid, Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and Everton are a all high-profile clubs interested in his signature but have not made a move in enquiring Newcastle’s asking price for the midfielder.
