Tottenham Hotspur are in advances talks with Marseille forward, Andre Ayew, and are set to beat Premier League rivals, Liverpool, to his signature.
The Ghana international is set to leave Ligue 1 in the Summer once his contract expires, and has been strongly linked with a move to England in the past few months, with Liverpool seemingly favourites to land him.
However, now according to reports, Spurs are already in talks with the forward and are keen to wrap up a deal this month.
Reports in France have suggested that talks have been ongoing and are at an advanced stage, but no deal will be agreed this month as Marseille do not want to lose him mid-way through the season.
This means Spurs will be able to sign him for free in the Summer.
