Eden Hazard will follow his Belgian team mate Thibaut Courtois and Blues coach Antonio Conte out the exit door.

The trio could leave Stamford Bridge if Blues miss out on Champions League qualification this season.

Conte looks certain to leave Stamford Bridge regardless of Chelsea’s achievements this season due to his increasingly frustrating relationship with the club’s board, but Courtois’ and Hazard’s futures rest on the west Londoners’ UCL qualification.

Reports in UK say that there is a growing fear that the Belgium pair will follow Conte out the exit door if the Blues fail to secure the top four finish that guarantees them a place at the top table of European football for 2018/19 season.

But neither of the star duo haven’t penned a new deal with Chelsea at this moment in time, despite Courtois entering the final year of his contract this summer, and Chelsea offering to make Hazard their highest-paid player on ÂŁ300,000-per-week.

Real Madrid are known admirers of the pair and have been keen on signing the duo for a long time now.
