Thomas Tuchel wants to coach a Foreign club

According to Kicker , Thomas Tuchel has rejected the chance to manage German giants Bayern Munich. His desire is to coach a foreign club. He took a year gap after leaving Dortmund and is now ready to get into coaching role again  

Bayern Munich are in the market for a new coach to take over from 72-year-old Jupp Heynckes, who came out of retirement when Carlo Ancelotti was sacked. Heynckes was given a contract until the end of 2017-2018 campaign. With Bayern to be without a manager in the summer, they are in a hurry to find one and identified former Borussia Dortnund manager Thomas Tuchel with Heynckes also been vocal in his desire to see him land the Bayern job.

But Tuchel has turned down the offer and told Bayern officials that he wants to leave Germany and coach a foreign club. The foreign club is most likely to be English giants Arsenal as they are looking to replace Arsene Wenger. Tuchel on inspirational clubs-

“I think Barca, arsenal, maybe Ajax- they represent something special regarding their football approach.”

Arsenal once again having a pretty poor season and looks most likely to miss the Champions League spot next season. Many believe that this will be Wenger’s last season. Wenger recently also claimed he will have to accept the consequences if Arsenal’s results are not good.

If Tuchel joins Arsenal, he will be reunited with former Dortmund head of recruitment Sven Mislintat and former Dortmund players  Mkhitaryan and Aubameyang.
