Spain’s De la Fuente confidently backs team as Euro 2024 favorites
Spain manager Luis de la Fuente has boldly claimed his team as the favorites to win Euro 2024, following their emphatic 4-1 victory over Georgia in the round of 16.
Despite an early setback with Robin Le Normand’s own goal, Spain quickly turned the tide, with Rodri equalizing before halftime and second-half goals from Fabian Ruiz, Nico Williams, and Dani Olmo sealing the win.
