According to Spanish sources Aymeric Laporte is in high demand. Both United and Arsenal are looking to buy him in either January or the summer of 2016 for £32 million. Both clubs are willing to meet this price but that leaves the 20 year old to decide on which club to join.
Arsene Wenger likes his French players and has said “We tried to buy one more, a defender, but we didn’t find one. But we will try to rectify that in January.”
Louis Van Gaal on the other hand is more interested in defenders Winston Reid, Ezequiel Garay and Mats Hummels.
