Louis van Gaal ready to extend his spending after signing Barcelona forward
Louis van Gaal is eyeing up two more signings even after completing the signing of Pedro from Barcelona this summer.
Van Gaal is reportedly ready to spend another £57.7million after securing the signature as expected later on this week, and push Van Gaal’s spending up to and over £250million.
For the club have today been linked with bids for Tottenham striker Harry Kane and Lazio defender Lucas Biglia. Kane has been chased all summer by United, but Spurs seem reluctant to sell the striker for less than £40million.
Meanwhile, the Sun report that United will look to tie down Biglia’s transfer before the deadline day rush begins.
Biglia, 29, played for Argentina in the World Cup and Copa America finals over the past two summers.
He joined Lazio from Anderlecht in 2013 and reportedly had a £17.5m buy-out clause in his contract.
