Could German star be heading to Manchester?
Manchester United are thought to have made a bid for Germany star Julian Draxler.
Mourinho is currently in the market for a wide attacking midfielder and is currently in negotiations to sign Borussia Dortmund’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Should talks fall through with BVB, however, the Red Devils boss will pursue 22-year-old Draxler, though Wolfsburg are reluctant to sell one of their most prized assets.
Draxler was heavily linked with Arsenal just a couple of season’s ago, but Arsene Wenger’s side could never manage to pull the deal off. United are thought to have tabled an initial bid of £30million to land the midfielder, and has already had a round of talks with his representatives. Draxler himself is currently representing his national side at Euro 2016 in France.
