Two out and Gareth Bale in?
Manchester United are willing to sell star duo Angel Di Maria and Robin Van Perise in order to sign Real Madrid star Gareth Bale.
The Red Devils are desperate to bring the Welshman back to England and the Premier League, but will need to sell some players first in order to raise some cash.
Ins-And-Outs at Old Trafford
Despite United boasting impressive financial figures, they do not want to be in danger of breaking any Financial Fair Play rules, and that is why Louis Van Gaal has been urged to sell players as well as sign this Summer.
United spent around £150million last year and are expected to spend roughly the same again this time around, with Bale topping their list.
According to reports, United are willing to offer Madrid around £80million for the winger, just £5m short of what the Spanish side paid to buy him from Tottenham Hotspur.
Bale’s Time in Spain
Bale had a stunning debut season in Spain, scoring the winner in the Copa Del Rey Final and also scoring a vital goal in the Champions League Final.
However, this season has been one to forget for the Welshman as he has seemingly struggled to show his first season form, leading to fans growing frustrated at him.
Bale was heckled out of the ground on Wednesday night after the Juventus loss and has also suffered violence towards his car in recent matches too.
One In-Two Out
According to reports in England, United are prepared to bring the 25-year-old back to the Premier League and will see Di Maria and Van Persie in order to raise the funds.
Di Maria cost the club £60m from Madrid last year but he has failed to impress during his debut season, whilst Van Persie is still sitting on a contract worth over £200k-a-week.
Van Persie is wanted in Italy, whilst Paris Saint-Germain remain keen on Di Maria and are willing to offer around £45m.
