Chelsea are looking to offload Diego Costa following his reported fight with Antonio Conte and antics on social media.

However, the Blues are not ready to let him go for very cheap. The Stamford Bridge club have slapped a £44 million price tag

Now reports claim Diego Costa could join Milan on loan for six months before moving to Atletico Madrid, according to reports in Spain.

As reported by football-italia: Rather than spend six months on the bench, Mundo Deportivo reports that Costa could go on loan to the Rossoneri for the first half of the season.

Players can be registered by three clubs in the same year, so as long as he doesn’t play a competitive match for Chelsea he could spend six months in Serie A before returning to La Liga.

However, they have a transfer ban until January, so he can’t move there in the summer.
