With the game tied at 1-1, Chelsea needed a spark from somewhere to take the lead. With Morata unable to convert any of his 1-on-1 chances, there had to be another player who stepped up.
Eden Hazard was already taken off by Conte for Willian and that put more pressure on the other players. Up stepped Marcos Alonso.
Zappacosta whipped in a cross and Alonso was right on spot to finish it past Petr Cech. The Spaniard left the Arsenal defence clueless and converted from inside the six-yard box.
