Wolfsburg want Kevin De Bruyne however Chelsea hit them with quite a shock when asking £25m for him. Despite the big asking price the German side seem determined to sign De Bruyne and will try to negotiate the price down a bit. The Bundesliga side met with the London side on Monday to discuss the matter. The Belgian wants out due to a small amount of tiem on the pitch and after having a very successful loan with Weder Bremen he has managed to impress Wolfsburg.
Even though the Midfielder has had very little time playing for the Premier League side, Mourinho doesn’t want him to go as he feels that the 22 year old can become a top player with some playing time.
