Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger has again frustrated many Gunners fans over his recent comments about the upcoming summer transfer window.
With a lack of money spent on recruiting potential world-class players in the last few years, Wenger has been continuously questioned about why Arsenal fail to capture players who could increase their chances of obtaining more trophies.
And now, it looks as if Gunners fans will be set for another quiet and frustrating summer, with the manager admitting that his side’s form towards the end of this season means that there will be no need for huge sums to be spent.
He said: ‘We are not in need of absolute change. We have a strong squad, we have some strong young players behind. We are not close to signing anybody. We have a very big squad, so we need to lose some players as well.”
‘What is important is how we finish the season now. That will be important. I think we will be judged at the end of the season, on 30th of May after the FA Cup final.’
