Chelsea made significant investments in up-and-coming players, acquiring eight long-term additions with an emphasis on those under 24.
Alejandro Garnacho (€47 million from Manchester United), Jorrel Hato (€40.7 million from Ajax FC), Joao Pedro (€55 million from Brighton), winger Jamie Gittens (€52 million from Dortmund), and striker Liam Delap (€30 million from Ipswich), who will wear the No. 9 shirt, are among the major additions.
