Ross Barkley is an English professional footballer who plays for Everton in the Barclays Premier league. The attacking midfielder is well organized on the pitch.     I’m afraid this has to be updated. As of this year, Luis Advincula, Peruvian national player who plays for club LOBOS BUAP, has top speed of 36.15 km/hr recorded on 06/21/2018 during the World Cup match against France, in which they were eliminated from the cup. Passing #2 and falling short of Arjen Robben #1.
