    I’m afraid this has to be updated. As of this year, Luis Advincula, Peruvian national player who plays for club LOBOS BUAP, has top speed of 36.15 km/hr recorded on 06/21/2018 during the World Cup match against France, in which they were eliminated from the cup. Passing #2 and falling short of Arjen Robben #1.
