4. Fernando Llorente
Napoli signed Spain striker Fernando Llorente, who left Tottenham at the end of last season. The 34-year-old striker joined Spurs in 2017 and scored the vital away goal in their Champions League quarter-final win at Manchester City in last season.
Before that, he spent a year at Swansea City, helping them avoid relegation from the Premier League in 2016-17. The Spanish forward already has two Scudetti from his time in Italy with Juventus between 2013 and 2015.
3. Ante Rebic
He was part of Eintracht Frankfurt’s fearsome front trio that took the Bundesliga by storm last season, but Ante Rebic has said farewell to Germany for now after joining AC Milan. The 25-year-old completed a loan move to AC Milan – which sees Andre Silva move in the other direction – to call time on a three-year stay at the Commerzbank-Arena.
Rebic, who is the first Croatian signing at the club since former Croatia captain Zvonimir Boban took on the role as the club’s director of sport, is the 9th Croatian to play for the club after; Boban, Daria Smoje, Darijo Simic, Drazen Brncic, Mario Pasalic, Alen Halilovic, Nikola Kalinic and Ivan Strinic.
