Wolves are currently contesting Galatasaray for RB Leipzig winger, Bruma. The Turkish giants want to reunite with their former player but Nuno Santo has set his sights for more January additions.
Bruma has been struggling for the Bundesliga side lately, managing just 2 goals and 3 assists in 21 appearances this season. Reports from Turkish media claim that Galatasaray are interested in acquiring him on a loan deal for the remainder of the season.
Bruma is a highly talented footballer with a lot of admirable traits. He is Portuguese which falls favourably in the recruitment process of the Wanderers and has 7 caps for the senior national side.
With bags of pace and skill under his boots, the 24-year-old could provide cover behind Diogo Jota, Ivan Cavaleiro, Helder Costa and Adama Traore in the final third. Wolves have ambitiously acquired talent over the past few years to position themselves in the English top-flight.
Nuno Santo led the side to a dominant Championship win last season. After 3 consecutive wins against Chelsea, Newcastle United and AFC Bournemouth, the West Midlands team is currently 7th in the Premier League standings, just a point behind Manchester United.
Bringing in Bruma could further their already stacked squad but the winger’s playing time cannot be guaranteed, especially without any European football.
