A lot of fantastic players have graced English football over the years.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Steven Gerrard, Luis Suarez, Ryan Giggs, Didier Drogba. The list could go on and on.
It’s one of the reasons that the Premier League is considered by many as the best in the world.

Ah, how we’d have loved to have seen that hair in our country.
The man had many plaudits, including Sir Alex Ferguson, who would recall being mesmerised by the “sensational” Yugoslav in his autobiography.
A rock at the back, famously was quoted saying
The man would never have left Roma for any club, but it would’ve been awesome to see his talent grace the Premier League at some point.
An outstanding player who was a world-class talent. It would’ve been fantastic to see him in the Premier League.
Just a legend of Italian football, he would’ve ripped up the Premier League.
