Who has covered the most distance this season?

Most distance covered in the Premier League? Which player has covered the most distance this season? Some players are real work-horses and cover a lot of ground every game in the Premier League.

Here are the 10 players who have covered the most distance in the Premier League this season!

10) Gary Cahill – Chelsea

Cahill has been one of the outstanding performers for Chelsea this season. From the defence, he has covered 230 miles over the course of this season, incredible stuff.

9) Craig Dawson

Dawson has just edged ahead of Cahill by covering 232 miles this season. Not bad for a player at West Brom, who are criticised for ‘parking the bus’ often and playing ‘boring football’.

=7) Ben Gibson

Despite getting relegated last night after losing to Chelsea, Ben Gibson has been one of the bright sparks from Middlesbrough this season. He’s covered a total of 236 miles this season.

=7) George Boyd

George Boyd is perhaps one of the most underrated players in the Premier League. He works incredibly hard, and also covered 236 miles this season.

6) Roberto Firmino

Firmino is a hard worker in Jurgen Klopp’s team and is deceptively quick. He is a real major cog in the engine that drives Klopp’s pressing tactic. He covered 237 miles this season.

5) N’Golo Kante

We all know how much ground N’Golo Kante covers, the man is everywhere. He pretty much covers every blade of grass on the pitch. He has run a total of 238 miles this season.

4) James Milner

The make-shift left-back has had a great season for Liverpool despite missing a crucial penalty vs Southampton on Sunday. He has covered a total of 243 miles over the course of this season.

3) Sam Clucas

Another rising star in the Premier League, Clucas has been a great asset to struggling Hull. He has covered a total mileage of 247 this season in a Tigers shirt.

2) Christian Eriksen

The Dane has been a hard worker this season as well as creating lots of chances for his team. His total miles covered have hit the 253 mark this season, a fine effort.

1) Gylfi Sigurdsson

Sigurdsson’s goals and efforts this season may be the difference between the Swans staying in the Premier League or playing Championship football next season. He has covered a division-record 255 miles in total this season, that is some going!
