Italian international, Luca Antonelli, has snubbed a move to Liverpool in order to return to AC Milan.
The winger started his career at the San Siro and has opted to move back their from Genoa on this transfer window deadline day.
Antonelli wants to stay in Serie A despite admitting he would like to one day play in the Premier League, particularly for Liverpool.
Back in December he said: “My dream is to one day play for Liverpool, Anfield is like the Luigi Ferraris, their stand is similar to the Gradinata Nord.”
The 27-year old has scored two goals in 19 Serie A appeances for Genoa this campaign.
