More bad news for the Blues Captain as Terry is expected to miss another two to three weeks with a muscular problem.
Terry has had only one substitute appearance this season in the Premier League since picking up an injury against Swansea in September.
Also ruled out with a similar issue is John Obi Mikel, who is yet to feature this season for the club.
Conte said ahead of the Tottenham clash: “For tomorrow, aren’t available John Terry and Obi Mikel.
“John has a muscular problem in his gluteus and Mikel also has a muscular problem. [Terry] did it in training and will be out for two or three weeks.”
