The Gunners ready to offer Real Madrid £35m for Spaniard

Arsenal are ready to make a huge offer for Real Madrid fringe-player Isco in the Summer transfer window.

The Spaniard has struggled for regular game time at the Bernabeu after agreeing a move there from La Liga rivals Malaga, and Arsenal are now ready to offer him a way-out by launching a £35million bid.

Isco has been kept out of the team by the likes of James Rodriguez, Luka Modric and Toni Kroos, so a move away from the club could be of interest to him.

The 22-year-old has been linked with a Premier League move before with Manchester City interested due to Manuel Pellegrini’s history with him at Malaga.

However, the interest didn’t turn into anything formal.

Marquee signing for Arsenal

As for The Gunners, they will look to make yet another marquee signing this Summer, following their Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez deals from the past two years.

Arsene Wenger plans a busy Summer in order to close the gap to rivals Chelsea, who look like winning the Premier League title this year as they extended their lead to 10-points yesterday.

Arsenal are confident they can strike a deal with Madrid, especially as Carlo Ancelotti’s men are looking at potentially signing Paul Pogba from Juventus or Marco Verratti from Paris Saint-Germain.
