Arsenal are interested in signing Besiktas winger Gokhan Tore, according to reports.
The 23-year-old winger has been at the Super Lig club for just over a year now, but his performances have caught the eye of several suitors across Europe, including Arsenal and Bundesliga side Wolfsburg.
Tore spent two years in London during his youth days with Chelsea, but after failing to make the cut at Stamford Bridge, he left in 2011 and joined Hamburg in Germany.
According to reports in Turkey, both Arsenal and Wolfsburg want to make formal moves for the winger in January, with the Gunners preparing to pay as much as £14.5million for him.
Tore has scored 15-goals in three seasons for the Turkish club.
