Brentford striker Scott Hogan seems set to move to Aston Villa- with the two clubs agreeing a £10million fee for him on Deadline Day.
Villa emerged as favourites to sign Hogan today after West Ham manager Slaven Bilic revealed that the Hammers would not be making a move for him.
As well as Villa, Crystal Palace and West Brom were also interested, but it is Steve Bruce’s side that has agreed a deal first.
Rochdale are due a cut of their former player’s transfer fee, understood to be 30 per cent, should the deal go through before Tuesday night’s 11pm cut-off point.
