Mario Balotelli plans to leave AC Milan and join Arsenal next week. The Italian is unhappy in Italy and wants a return to England and the Premier League.
He also feels that he has become a target for ultras, after Italy’s early exit from the World Cup. Earlier this month it was reported that both Arsenal and Liverpool were interested in making a move. Now, it appears the Reds have dropped out of the race and left Arsene Wenger to secure the striker’s signature.
Reports are even claiming that he is so desperate to leave now, that he wants to wrap up a move to Arsenal next week. He has reportedly made it clear that he wants to leave Serie A and he fears that if he doesn’t move soon, then Wenger will look at moves for other strikers, such as making another bid for Alvaro Morata.
