Liverpool flop, Mario Balotelli, could possibly return to Italy in this transfer window but only for the right money.
Liverpool boss, Brendan Rodgers, has publicly stated that Balotelli still has a future at Anfield but only if the bids they receive don’t match the asking price.
The Merseyside club are looking to gain back the majority of the £16 million they spent on the Italy international in the summer.
Serie A clubs Juventus and Parma are interested in Balotell, despite a high asking price.
Parma President, Ermir Kodra, said: “We were very close to Mario Balotelli but we were unable to conclude a deal.”
The 24-year old is yet to score a Premier League goal for Liverpool this campaign.
