John Terry will no doubt be ruled out of Chelsea’s trip to Burnley after suffering gruesome training injury

John Terry shared a video on his Instagram story of his ankle being stitched by a club medic. The clip shows a deep cut, presumably suffered in training on Friday.

The video is then followed by pictures of a challenge with striker Diego Costa, although it is not known whether this is the incident that led to Terry’s injury.

The Blues have no other injury concerns, although defender David Luiz continues to play with pain in his knee
