According to the Daily Mail Arsenal are looking to bring their former captain Cesc Fabregas back to the Emirates.
The Gunners have a buy-back option of £25 million if the player chooses to leave Barcelona.
Despite the rumours, Cesc is open about his desire to stay in Spain and to win titles with Barcelona.
“People talk a lot but the truth is no one has spoken with me. I want to triumph in Barcelona. I dreamed of playing there, so I will try and succeed for as long as I can.” Fabregas has said.
The Spaniard left Arsenal in 2011 in order to return to his boyhood club and has since that made 60 appearances.
Manchester United are reportedly also interested in the Spanish midfielder.
