The former crystal palace striker has moved a step closer to becoming the european champions newest signing, after reports that the two clubs have had high-level discussions about the potential transfer of Moses to Stamford bridge.
A fee in the region of £10 million is being talked about, but until the transfer has gone through, this will remain as undisclosed.
The blues hope to sign Moses before sunday’s community shield clash with premier league champions Manchester City at Wembley.
