Chelsea are confident of signing Roma playmaker Radja Nainggolan after a breakthrough in negotiations between the two clubs.
The Blues’ director Marina Granovskaia met with Roma director Walter Sabatini in the early weeks of April, and they allegedly came to an agreement on an asking price of £35 million for the 27-year old Nainggolan.
The new Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is an admirer of the Belgium international and wants to make him one of his first signings at Stamford Bridge.
