Valencia could be about to prepare themselves for a bid from Chelsea for talented midfielder Andre Gomes this summer.
A fee of £25.7 million has been touted as a possible figure which could see Valencia parting with one of their key players.
Gomes is just 21 years-old but represents good value for money should Valencia sell, although it’s believed they’d be very reluctant to do so.
Chelsea’s midfield cover has been light recently, with Kurt Zouma having to play in the central defensive midfield role at points during the season.
The Portuguese would freshen up that area and add more competition for places as Chelsea look to improve their squad further, despite looking certainties for the title.
