According to the Daily Mirror, Chelsea are planning a late move to sign Manchester United target Ivan Perisic

Ivan Perišić is a Croatian professional footballer who plays for Italian club Inter Milan and the Croatia national team. He usually plays as a winger, but can also be deployed as an attacking midfielder or second striker.

The Croatia international has been heavily linked with Manchester United throughout the summer transfer window with Milan confirming interest. However, no deal has been made yet, with Inter apparently pushing for a deal that would see Anthony Martial make the move to the San Siro on loan in part-exchange.

But United now face competition from Premier League champions Chelsea in the race for the winger.

Conte is said to be planning an end of transfer window spending spree and are targeting Perisic

Former Inter and Chelsea striker Hernan Crespo claimed that Perisic could end up at Stamford Bridge instead of Old Trafford.
