Paris Saint-Germain defender David Luiz believes former-club, Chelsea, will miss him this season.
The Brazilian completed his mega-move from England to France earlier in the Summer after the two clubs reached an agreement worth £50million, and the centre-back believes the Premier League club will miss his him.
Speaking in a recent interview, Luiz has claimed he isn’t arrogant about his abilities, but he’s just confident in what he can bring to a club.
He said: “I have to believe that Chelsea or any team will miss me.
“I’m not arrogant but I’m confident in my own abilities.
“Paris paid a lot for me so they obviously believe in me – it is nice to be at a club where they really want you and where they show belief in you.”
Luiz’s departure was reinvested quickly by Jose Mourinho, as he brought in; Filipe Luis, Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa, all from Spanish sides.
Despite saying Chelsea will miss him, Luiz has also admitted that he will miss them as well.
He said: “I have good memories of Chelsea. I won the Champions League.
“I hope it’s not my only victory. I believe I can win it again with Paris.
“I have as much chance of winning major trophies here as at Chelsea or any other club in Europe.”
