On-loan defender, Danny Rose, hopes that he can sign for Sunderland on a permanent basis after his loan from Tottenham finishes.
The England U-21 defender made his debut against Liverpool at the weekend and even though there is no permanent deal in the pipeline, Rose has said he wants to make his season-long loan a permanent thing.
“If there was a chance that I could move here permanently, I’d snatch it with both hands.
“Nothing has been said of that kind. I’m just here on loan for the season and anything after that would be a bonus.
Danny Rose added he was looking forward to spending the year at Sunderland and is already excited for the game against West Ham.
