Samuel Eto’o has priced himself out of a move to Queens Park Rangers, with the Cameroon forward’s wage demands far too high, according to the Daily Mail.

It is understood that the player wants to remain in London, following his release from Chelsea last month, after a year at the Blues.

Harry Redknapp had previously identified the former Barcelona and Inter Milan player as the striker who could help the R’s to a successful season, however QPR boss Harry Redknapp was reportedly shoked at the 34 year olds demands.

Eto’o scored 12 goals in 32 appearances for Chelsea last season.
