Arsenal playmaker Santi Cazorla is back in training and could make his first team return in the home game against Norwich City tomorrow.
The Spain international has been out with a knee injury that he suffered in the reverse fixture back in November, when the Gunners’ could only muster up a 1-1 draw at Carrow Road.
Arsenal left-back Nacho Monreal will be as happy as Wenger to see the 31-year old back on the grass, as he thinks the injury to Cazorla was a huge factor in another failed title push from the North Londoners.
Speaking in his Friday morning press conference, Wenger said: “Santi Cazorla has been out since November.”
“He has been training for the last two weeks. He might be involved on Saturday.”
