The former Sevilla striker says the Sweden international would be the perfect strike-partner for him at Milan.
Bacca, who scored 20 goals in 37 games last season, completed a move to the Serie A club after his £21million buy-out clause was activated.
The Colombia international has admitted he would like nothing more than to see Ibrahimovic back at the club where he won the Serie A title in 2011.
“It would be brilliant to play with players of the highest calibre such as Ibra, He’s a player who has scored so many goals” said Bacca.
The Ligue 1 champions are keen to improve on their progress in the Champions League last season and have identified Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo as a key target.
PSG could allow Ibrahimovic, who has one year remaining on his contract, to leave for just £11million as they look to raise the funds to bring Ronaldo to Paris.
Manchester United’s Angel Di Maria has also been linked with a move to PSG after UEFA revealed regulations had been lifted allowing financially backed clubs to spend big this summer.
PSG manager Laurent Blanc said: “Di Maria, he’s good. We have more freedom, but it remains a difficult project for us because we’re not alone in wanting him.
“Don’t forget, Manchester United paid a fortune to sign him. For us to work effectively, we have to think of other solutions. We must be proactive” said Blanc.
