Roberto Martinez not happy with John Terry or Jose Mourinho

Everton manager Roberto Martinez has continued his feud with Chelsea by claiming what they are doing in attempt to sign John Stones is ‘illegal’.

The Blues have been very open about their interest in the young centre-back, and they’ve already made two formal bids for the 21-year-old which were both rejected.

The first came in at around £20million, with the second being worth £25m, but both were snubbed as Martinez values the defender at around £30m at least.

Terry and Mourinho Games

However, that hasn’t stopped both Jose Mourinho and John Terry voicing their opinions and expressing their admiration for Stones in the hope they could lure him to Stamford Bridge.

Martinez has previously called out Mourinho for what he was saying to the media about the Stones saga, and the Spaniard is now left unimpressed with Terry as well.

Terry has recently said that Stones would be a great addition to the Chelsea side, a comment which left Martinez reeling.

Martinez Angry

He said: “That is wrong – you know that is illegal. The rules don’t allow you to comment on players that are registered at other clubs in that open manner.

“That is disappointing. We don’t want to see it when other clubs speak about your players. It is wrong and it shouldn’t happen.”
