According to reports in Spain, Gareth Bale is NOT looking for a return to England, despite both Manchester United and Chelsea interested in signing him.
The Welshman, who cost Madrid £85million back in the Summer of 2013, had a superb debut in Spain, scoring in both the Copa Del Rey final and the Champions League final, but has since lost his place in the first-team due to the performances of Isco.
After losing his guaranteed first-team spot, speculation built up regarding his future with some saying he’s ready for a quick return to the Premier League.
However, those reports have been dismissed as Bale is keen on staying in Spain and winning his place back.
The news will come as a big blow to both Chelsea and United who were both considering a £150m deal for the Welsh star.
£90m of that going on a transfer fee and the £60m being the winger’s wages.
