Hazard instructs agent to find new home!

Chelsea star Eden Hazard has reportedly instructed his agent to get him a transfer away from Stamford Bridge, with Real Madrid his dream destination.

There has been plenty of recent speculation that the Belgian is unhappy with the Blues and Fichajes.net claims being benched against West Ham was the final straw.

Hazard has been linked with a number of clubs including PSG, Manchester United and Barcelona. However, Real Madrid is reportedly his preferred destination.

Real president Florentino Perez is said to be a fan of the 24-year-old as well, which could pave the way for him to become the latest Galactico signing by Los Blancos.

Hazard’s relationship with Jose Mourinho is said to have deteriorated after some bellow-par performances brought public criticism from the Portuguese.
