Reports in Italy claim that the Indonesian businessman is there as a guest but will look to mix business with pleasure as one of his main transfer targets for this summer could be set to turn out for the Stamford Bridge side.
The Inter Milan owner has already stated that he is in the market for a midfielder and a possibility for him could be Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel, whose stock has plummeted since the January arrival of Nemanja Matic.
With recent criticism of his manager, and being dropped for the big matches, this will surely add fuel to the fire that Torres will not be a Chelsea player at the beginning of next season.
